Trotters offers classes in the evening from 7-9 pm. Join a class that is already scheduled, or arrange 6-10 people to attend and come on the night of your choosing.


Tour our facilities, learn about whole animal butchery, perform hands-on cutting of popular retail cuts, or mix and stuff your own sausages and salami. Learn where Trotters sources our animals from and learn about the different breeds and what they eat. Learn about the dry-curing process and what goes into making traditional salami. Ask questions and get some insight on anything you need to know about our nose-to-tail approaches.

End the night with our house made charcuterie and some beverages – plus take home 5lbs of the product you’ve just produced to impress your friends and family.
